I'm Alli Elmunzer, an entrepreneur and attorney/founder at my virtual law firm Influencer Legal.  My practice is focused on helping entrepreneurs and small business owners protect their businesses through contracts and trademarks so they can confidently grow them. 

I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Michigan and am a member of the American Bar Association.   I am also an educator, speaker, and podcaster as the host of  the Inspired Entrepreneur podcast, where I help and inspire entrepreneurs to create a business and life they love.

what is the ask attorney alli membership?
The Ask Attorney Membership is a subscription based membership to give you access to an attorney who understands your business at a price that is affordable. 
when can I expect to hear from you in response to my email?
As part of your membership you will get a full response within 24 hours, M-F.  If your response requires more than 1 hour of researching/responding time, additional hourly fees may apply.
what is document review?
Document review can be used on your contract, a contract you are supposed to sign, or any other document you want an attorney to look at before you take action on it.
what is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime by giving 14 days written notice.  Because of the exclusivity of the membership, we need to have advanced notice that you will be canceling so we can open up an additional spot for someone else.
how am i charged every month?
You will be charged every month by automatic withdrawal.
are there hidden fees?
There are absolutely no hidden fees!  If you need additional services or any services beyond the scope of the membership, you will be made aware of, and invoiced separately.  You will never be charged any amounts in addition to your monthly membership without your notice and consent.
